This Privacy Policy applies to Alt Technologies websites and products, including Mapty, FastSign, AltegioGPT and HiTeam (collectively, the “Services”). ALT TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C-FZ (“Alt Technologies”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for personal data processed under this Policy.

Depending on the Service you use, we may collect:
- account and contact data, such as name, email address, phone number and business details;
- business-workflow data you provide or connect through an authorised integration, including forms, appointments, documents, operational records and user-entered content;
- technical and usage data, including IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, product activity and error logs;
- payment and subscription status supplied by our payment providers. We do not store full payment-card details;
- AI input and output data needed to provide AI-assisted features.
3. How we use information
We process information to operate and secure the Services, create and manage accounts, provide customer support, process authorised payments, deliver integrations and AI-assisted functionality, improve reliability and prevent fraud or misuse. We may also send service-related communications and, where permitted, product updates.
4. Sharing and service providers
We share data only where necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, protect rights and security, or where you instruct us to do so. This may include hosting, storage, analytics, payment, AI and integration providers. Where a Service connects to a third-party platform such as Google or Altegio, data is shared with that platform only according to the permissions you authorise.
We do not sell personal data.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
