1. Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy applies to Alt Technologies websites and products, including Mapty, FastSign, AltegioGPT and HiTeam (collectively, the “Services”). ALT TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C-FZ (“Alt Technologies”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for personal data processed under this Policy.

2. Information we collect
Depending on the Service you use, we may collect:
- account and contact data, such as name, email address, phone number and business details;
- business-workflow data you provide or connect through an authorised integration, including forms, appointments, documents, operational records and user-entered content;
- technical and usage data, including IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, product activity and error logs;
- payment and subscription status supplied by our payment providers. We do not store full payment-card details;
- AI input and output data needed to provide AI-assisted features.
3. How we use information
We process information to operate and secure the Services, create and manage accounts, provide customer support, process authorised payments, deliver integrations and AI-assisted functionality, improve reliability and prevent fraud or misuse. We may also send service-related communications and, where permitted, product updates.
4. Sharing and service providers
We share data only where necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, protect rights and security, or where you instruct us to do so. This may include hosting, storage, analytics, payment, AI and integration providers. Where a Service connects to a third-party platform such as Google or Altegio, data is shared with that platform only according to the permissions you authorise.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of processing of your personal data. You may disconnect integrations through the relevant Service or third-party account. To make a request, contact us at Info@alt-tech.net.
7. Website, product and business roles
For website enquiries and our own accounts, we determine the purposes of processing. When a business uses a product to process its customers' or employees' information, that business determines the purposes and authorised recipients; we process its service data on its instructions. Product-specific privacy notices and agreed data processing terms describe the relevant processing and take precedence for that product. Connecting a platform does not authorise unrelated uses of its data.
8. Service Spy audit
The Russian and English Service Spy questionnaires save answers separately in this browser's local storage. The questionnaire code does not submit answers to our server; the report is printed or saved as PDF on your device. The local draft has no automatic expiry and remains until you clear it using “Clear draft” or browser site-data settings. Clearing a draft does not remove downloaded PDFs, printed copies or copies you shared.
Use roles or internal staff codes rather than names. Do not enter patient diagnoses, treatment details, contact details or other unnecessary personal information. Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to read the draft. Keep your device and exported reports private. Loading the page also sends ordinary technical requests to our hosting and external font/script providers; this is separate from questionnaire answers.
9. Retention, requests and integrations
Enquiry records are kept for handling your request and any resulting business relationship; account records for operating the account; business-workflow records according to the applicable product and the business's instructions; and security or billing records for their operational or legal purpose. There is no single automatic deletion period across all products. Contact us for the retention applicable to your data.
For access or deletion, email Info@alt-tech.net with the product and account or business reference; do not send passwords, API tokens or unnecessary identity documents. We may verify your authority and coordinate with the business controlling the records. We explain any required retention and handle requests within applicable legal deadlines. Disconnecting an integration stops access subject to the source platform's revocation process; it does not itself delete previously stored records or copies held by that platform. Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Any consent request must be separate from optional marketing and must not be preselected.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with its revision date. For privacy questions, suspected unauthorised access or deletion requests, email Info@alt-tech.net. Please do not include credentials or full customer records in an incident report.
This Policy provides general information about our data practices and does not replace a project-specific data processing agreement where one is required.
