1. License grant
Subject to these terms and any applicable subscription or order form, ALT TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C-FZ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable right to access and use the relevant Alt Technologies Service for your internal business purposes during the active subscription period.
2. Scope of use
The licence covers the Service plan and authorised users, locations, usage limits and features selected by you. You may permit your employees and contractors to use the Service only on your behalf and only if they comply with this Agreement and the Terms of Service.
3. Ownership
The Services, source code, models, algorithms, workflows, interfaces, documentation and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Alt Technologies and its licensors. No ownership right is transferred to you. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
4. Restrictions
You must not resell, rent, lease, sublicense or make the Services available to third parties; copy, modify or create derivative works from them; reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, prompts or models; remove proprietary notices; bypass usage limits or security controls; or use the Services to create a competing product.
5. Customer data and AI
You retain responsibility for data that you provide or connect. You represent that you have all permissions necessary for us to process it to deliver the Services. Customer data is not used to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit written permission.
6. Termination
This licence ends when your subscription or access ends. Upon termination, you must stop using the Services. Sections concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability and any provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
