1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Alt Technologies websites and products, including Mapty, FastSign, AltegioGPT and HiTeam (the “Services”). The Services are provided by ALT TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C-FZ (“Alt Technologies”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, accessing or using a Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts and authorised use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and ensure that users accessing the Services on your behalf are authorised to do so. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your use, your content and your integrations comply with applicable law and third-party terms.
3. Services, integrations and AI features
The Services may include workflow tools, forms, operational analytics, third-party integrations and AI-assisted features. You control whether to connect a third-party account and are responsible for permissions granted to an integration. AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by an authorised person before it is relied upon or used to make business, legal, medical, financial or employment decisions.
4. Fees and subscriptions
Paid Services are billed under the plan, order form or checkout terms presented to you. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and subscriptions renew according to the plan selected by you. You are responsible for applicable taxes, except taxes based on our net income.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation or security, attempt to obtain unauthorised access, reverse engineer or copy the Services except where law permits, use the Services to violate rights or laws, or upload data for which you lack the necessary rights and permissions.
6. Intellectual property and customer data
Alt Technologies and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, documentation, brands and underlying technology. You retain rights in the content and data you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited right to process that content solely to provide, secure and improve the Services. We do not use customer data to train general-purpose AI models without explicit written permission.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, third-party integration availability or the accuracy of AI output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alt Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
8. Suspension, termination and changes
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, comply with law, address non-payment or prevent misuse. You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to any applicable subscription commitments. We may update these Terms; continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Terms.
